Inspire. Support. Grow. FEmpower.
Strengthen your VOICE.
Regardless of legal changes in most of the developed world, women still remain underrepresented and subject to unconscious biases within workplaces, societies and homes alike. Women not only lack sufficient influence in fields such as STEM, but are also generally disempowered in higher work environments where there are few women with leadership positions.
The UN estimates that it will take 130 years for gender equality to be reached in positions of power.
In many more parts of the world, women are the victims of physical and mental abuse, harassment, inequality in front of the law and even lack basic social, political and economic freedom. In Afghanistan, girls and women still cannot legally access a higher education.

“We need more women at every table where decisions are made. We need to push back against gender inequality in every form—now more than ever. A more equal workplace and world would be better in every way.”

“What I want young women and girls to know is: You are powerful and your voice matters. You’re going to walk into many rooms in your life and career where you may be the only one who looks like you or who has had the experiences you’ve had. But you remember that when you are in those rooms, you are not alone. We are all in that room with you applauding you on. Cheering your voice. And just so proud of you. So you use that voice and be strong.”

FEmpowering's Aim
We believe that women's voices are not heard enough, whether it be in positions of power, decision-making, or in day-to-day life. Traditionally "feminine" qualities are not associated with modern success criteria. We hope to change this by giving guidance on how women and young girls can become confident in themselves and their abilities, building the character and strength necessary to make an impact in the world: to fearlessly challenge boundaries and to stand up for themselves and their values, even in rooms where they are the only ones that look like them.
The importance of Speaking Up for Yourself
We spread awareness of the reasons why women are underrepresented in leadership roles and why women's voices lack equal influence.
Personality and Development
We explore how to be more confident in yourself and your abilities, how to not take no for an answer and how to work against common stereotypes.
